Completing this form constitutes participation in the BeOne 2022 “Small Business Celebration: Give $1,000, Get $1,000” Sweepstakes (The Campaign). By participating in The Campaign, you are subject to e.pop’s Terms and Conditions and e.pop’s Privacy Policy in addition to Terms and conditions set out below:
Entry period: All entries must be received by 11:59 pm EST on December 31, 2022. One (1) winner in Unites States of America will be selected at random by ePOP AI. (“BeOne”, “e.pop”, “epop”, “ePOP” hereafter known as “The Company”, “us” or “we”) on January 18, 2023. Winners of The Campaign will be notified within two (2) working day(s) of this date.
To enter: All entries must be submitted via BeOne Give $1000 and Get $1000 – campaign space https://beone.community/beone-nominate-your-favorite-store-8zqwo1yy , which can be found on the BeOne Community website www.beone.community (“Entry Site”). Registration is required to access this entry form. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Sponsor who may publish or cause to be published any of the entries received. A limit of one (1) entry to The Campaign per functional e-mail address and/or person is accepted. The following merchant information is required in order to enter The Campaign:
- Merchant business name
- Merchant full business address, including city and state
- Merchant website if available
Entries originating at any other Internet website or email address, including but not limited to commercial Sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for The Campaign. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited. Employees cannot nominate their employer (for example, by using a non-work email address). Merchant entrants made by an employee will be declared invalid and disqualified. Entrants must respect the spirit of The Campaign by not engaging in spamming or other unfair or otherwise problematic practices, including creating fake accounts or harassing potential referral sources. Merchant nominations generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified.
Sponsor: The Campaign is sponsored by ePOP AI INC. (“BeOne”, “e.pop”).
Eligibility: To be eligible to participate in The Campaign, you must (a) be a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island; (b) be over the age of 18, or a legal adult in the state or jurisdiction in which you reside. The Campaign cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation. The officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents of The Company or its advertising and promotion agencies (collectively “Promotion Entities”) and the immediate families and those living in the same household of any of the above, are not eligible. All Federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Prize:
Entrant: The prize for the entrant is a thousand-dollar (USD$1000) Visa gift card (subject to the terms, conditions, and restrictions as printed thereon or associated therewith) which will be distributed to the winner within 10 days or reasonable time as determined by BeOne. The winner will be notified via email to the email address that was submitted at the Entry Site. The odds of winning a prize are determined by the total number of eligible entries received. All prizes are awarded “as is” with no guarantee, either express or implied.
Winning Merchant: The prize for the merchant selected as The Campaign winner (“Winning Merchant”) is a one thousand-dollar (USD$1000) Facebook Ad Credit. The Facebook Ad Credit (USD$1000) can be used to pay for a Facebook campaign advertising the Winning Merchant business or service(s) through BeOne Facebook Business Manager. The prize will be used to run one (1) campaign that includes three (3) ads. All campaign assets, including visuals and copy are approved and agreed between both parties (ePOP INC and the Winning Merchant).
Eligibility requirements to receive Facebook Ad credit
- The Winning Merchant must have a website
- The Winning Merchant must provide quality images available to be used in the Facebook campaign
- The Winning Merchant will not promote products or services that are prohibited or restricted advertisements, as set forth in the Facebook Advertising Policy.
Campaign asset requirements
- Campaign assets must be received within 30 days of the announcement that a winning merchant has been selected.
- The campaign will run until the USD$1,000 budget is depleted or after three (3) months, whichever comes first.
- The ad copy needs to mention “BeOne partner”.
Offer void where prohibited by law. The offer may be revoked at any time for any reason by ePOP AI INC
Winner selection: One (1) nominator entrant in Unites States of America will be selected by random drawing on January 18, 2023 and will be notified by email within two (2) business day(s) of this date. The merchant that was nominated by the winning nominator will then be designated as the Winning Merchant. The email address that is used is the address that was provided by the entrant on the Entry Site. If a prize notification or a prize is returned as undeliverable for any reason, the applicable prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes are non-transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash. All decisions are final. All Federal, state and local tax liabilities are the responsibility of the winners. The sponsor will contact the Winning Merchant within two (2) days after the winner announcement.
General:
Entrants release and waive any claims they may have against Promotion Entities for any and all injuries, claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any kind (including without limitation attorney’s fees) resulting from acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize or parts thereof, or participation in The Campaign.
Right to Close Accounts. BeOne reserves the right to close the account(s) of any entrants found to have breached any of these Terms & Conditions or to be in violation of any law, statute, or governmental regulation.
Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. BeOne reserves the right to cancel The Campaign or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any unclaimed prize will be forfeited at that time. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant at any time from participation in The Campaign if he/she does not comply with any of these Terms.
Privacy. Participation in The Campaign may require an entrant to submit personal information about themselves. The personal information will be collected, processed and used in accordance with The Company’s Privacy Policy which can be found at www.epoppay.com. In addition, personal information may be used by The Company to contact the nominated merchant with regards to the nomination The Campaign and to receive communications from BeOne or third party administrators of The Campaign.
Liability. The Company shall not be held liable for damage to any computer system resulting
from participation in or accessing or downloading information in connection with The Campaign, and reserves the right, at The Company’s sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend The Campaign
should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention, or other cause beyond
The Company’s control, corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of The Campaign.
Entries. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of The Company and will not be acknowledged or returned. False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts shall render an entry ineligible. By entering The Campaign, entrants affirm that they have read and accepted these Official Rules. The Campaign shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. By entering The Campaign, entrants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts of the United States and waive the right to have disputes arising out of the subject matter hereof adjudicated in any other forum.
Instagram disclosure: The Campaign is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, nor is Instagram associated with The Campaign in any way. By entering, you acknowledge that Instagram bears no responsibility for this promotion and you release Instagram from any liability whatsoever in connection with this promotion. You understand that you are providing information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor, and not to Instagram.
