e.pop Receipts For Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

No Purchase Necessary. No purchase, payment or registration of payment method is required to take part in the e.pop Receipts for Rewards Program.
The e.pop Receipts for Rewards Program (“Program”) is an opt-in, invitation only program whereby participants can earn points and rewards for forwarding e.pop their email receipts deemed valid according to program rules, engage in customer feedback, refer friends to the Program, and other activities described in the Program. Program rules include but are not limited to:
- Email receipts must be for valid transactions made on or after 01 November 2022
- Receipts must be issued in the form of an email (photos of physical receipts or receipts issued by other non-email means are not accepted at this time)
- Email receipts must be for transactions carried out by the participant (email receipts in other people’s names are not accepted)
- Email receipts are deemed valid when they are recognizable and verified by e.pop as valid transactions
All participants must be registered account holders of BeOne. By opting in to participate in the Program, you will be provisioned a dedicated and individual @myepop email address to which you must forward email receipts.
ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION
Participants eligible to participate in the Program must be registered end user (non-merchant) or dual (merchant / end user) account holders on the BeOne Community (“BeOne”) in order to take part. You represent and warrant that i. you are of legal age to form a binding contract; ii. You will provide us with accurate and valid receipts; iii. Your registration and your use of both BeOne and the Program are not prohibited by law; iv. Your registration in both BeOne and the Program use an actual and current email address owned and operated by you. You are responsible for your own registration to the Program.
Participation in the Program us limited to users who are at least 18 years old. Participation in the Program is not directed or marketed to users under the age of 18.
POINTS AND REWARDS
How to earn points
The Program allows participants to earn reward points (“Points) by forwarding valid email receipts to e.pop (see “OUR PROGRAM” to understand proper channels to forward email receipts); engaging in customer feedback that may take the form of surveys, focus groups, phone interviews, and other methods; referring friends to the Program; and other activities described in the Program. In order to earn points, any receipt forwarded to your individual @myepop email address must contain a description of the product specific enough to confirm that a purchase was made / a transaction was completed. When you provide us an email receipt by forwarding it to e.pop, you allow e.pop to process the information and identify the details printed on that receipt. If you forward an email validated by e.pop, we will allocate Points to you. We do not accept and will not validate email receipts that we are not able to validate and/or do not fall within the Program Rules (see “OUR PROGRAM” for more details). e.pop may limit the number of email receipts that can be processed/validated in a period of time to a maximum quantity. If such a change takes place, we will inform participants.
Points may be redeemed for reward(s)
When your Points balance reaches certain minimum redemption amounts, you will be able to redeem Points for rewards outlined in the Program, which are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of e.pop. Points can only be used in exchange for rewards and have no other use or value. There is no automatic redemption of Points. No interest is accrued on Points. Points may be redeemed for rewards at the rate specified in the Program at the time of redemption. e.pop does not guarantee that any particular reward or offer will be available at any moment in time. e.pop reserves the right to change, remove, discontinue or otherwise alter the available rewards at any time.
When you make a request to redeem Points for a reward, you will be sent a gift card or other product offered as a reward in exchange for points. Once a redemption request is approved and the redemption is approved, your Points balance will be reduced by the number of points designated to the redemption item you select. All redemption items are non-refundable and may not be returned or canceled. Neither e.pop nor BeOne is liable or responsible for any loss or delay of any redemption item once you have redeemed your points. For the duration of the Program, we will accept up to 2,000 valid email receipts per calendar month per participant. This doesn’t mean that transactions must take place within a calendar month; however, receipt submission to the Program via dedicated email address will be time- and date-stamped on the date of submission. Beyond 2,000 receipts, participants will not be compensated for their submissions nor will they receive points.
At e.pop’s sole discretion, we may offer points or other rewards when a new user you choose to refer becomes a participant of the Program (“Referral Program”). Any such Referral Program shall be subject to additional terms and conditions set forth in the offer or outlined in Program marketing materials. When you participate in the Referral Program, we provide you with either a link, referral code or unique identifying method of referring a friend. It is within your sole discretion whether, how, and to whom you send the referral link, code or unique identifying method of referral. You acknowledge that you do not share any of your friend’s information with e.pop or BeOne in connection with a Referral Program. You agree that you will obtain all necessary permissions and consents from an individual before referring that individual to us in a Referral Program and inform that individual that i. e.pop is neither the sender, initiator nor in control of messages or communications that you send to that individual relating to the Referral Program; ii. That you are not acting as our agent in sending any such messages or communications; and iii. That you may be receiving a referral bonus if the individual becomes a participant of the Program. Current BeOne members cannot qualify as new users for purposes of this Referral Program, and any attempt to create referrals to non-existent individuals or to multiple accounts for the same individual will be void and are in violation of these terms. We reserve the right to void or take any other action we deem appropriate with respect to referrals, including if a referral code is shared in a social media post or from a social media account that contains offensive, harassing, violent, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate content. e.pop and/or BeOne may discontinue and/or revoke any Referral Program or incentive program in its sole discretion at any time without notice. e.pop reserves the right to decline to award referral bonuses, rescind points credited, or take any other action related to a Referral Program.
Refer a Friend
When you participate in our “Refer a Friend” program (“Refer a Friend”), we designate you as an “advocate” with respect to the friend that you refer. If a friend you referred to participate in the Program using a referral code, link or other unique identifying method of referral that we provided you registers to participate in the Program and sends a validated email receipt following Program rules, we will credit you points associated with that particular Refer a Friend offer once your friend sends their first email receipt and it is validated by e.pop. We will let you know when these points have been credited to you.
Program participants release and waive any claims they may have against e.pop and BeOne for any and all injuries, claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any kind (including without limitation attorney fees) resulting from acceptance, use, or misuse of any reward or parts thereof, or participation in the Program.
Right to Close Accounts. BeOne reserves the right to close the account(s) of any participants found to have breached any of these Terms & Conditions or to be in violation of any law, statute, or governmental regulation.
Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. BeOne reserves the right to cancel the Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any unclaimed points or rewards will be forfeited at that time. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant at any time from participation in the Program if he/she does not comply with any of these Terms.
Liability. Neither e.pop nor BeOne shall not be held liable for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in or accessing or downloading information in connection with the Program, and reserves the right, at e.pop’s sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Program should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention, or other cause beyond e.pop’s control, corrupt the administration, security, or proper participation in the Program.
Entries. Incomplete email receipts will not be validated. All email receipts forwarded through the Program become the property of e.pop. False, fraudulent or deceptive email receipts or acts shall render them invalid. By registering to participate in the Program, participants affirm that they have read and accepted these rules. The Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. By entering the Program, participants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts of the United States and waive the right to have disputes arising out of the subject matter hereof adjudicated in any other forum.
Instagram disclosure: The Program is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, nor is Instagram associated with the Program in any way. By entering, you acknowledge that Instagram bears no responsibility for this promotion and you release Instagram from any liability whatsoever in connection with this promotion. You understand that you are providing information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor, and not to Instagram.
