ePOP AI Refer-a-Retailer Program Terms & Conditions 

 

As an ePOP AI INC. (“e.pop” or “epop” ) Referrer, you are subject to e.pop’s Terms of Use and e.pop’s Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for the e.pop Refer-a-Retailer Program:  

 

Program overview: The Refer-a-Retailer Program is offered by ePOP AI INC. (“e.pop”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and provides consumers (Referrer) interested in referring merchants (“referral”) to register for the e.pop platform or the e.pop merchant waitlist, the opportunity to receive rewards.  

 

Referral Methodology: e.pop will provide the ability for the Referrer to refer retailers to e.pop digital receipt platform by submitting the retailer’s contact information to e.pop.

 

Referrer. To be eligible to participate in the Refer-a-Retailer Program, you must: (a) be a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; (b) be over the age of 18, or over the age of majority in the state or jurisdiction in which you reside. Refer-a-Retailer Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in e.pop’s sole discretion. 

 

Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a verified retailer, who enters a commercial agreement with e.pop within 30 days of e.pop’s receipt of the Referral Form and remains live on e.pop platform for 30 days.

 

Referred Retailer. The Referred retailer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). Referrers must respect the spirit of the Refer-a-Retailer Program by not engaging in spamming or other unfair or otherwise problematic practices, including creating fake accounts or harassing potential referral sources. Referred Retailers generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Additionally, former Merchants of e.pop are not eligible to participate in the Referral Program as a referred retailer. 

 

Referral Rewards. Referrers are eligible for compensation  (“Referral Reward”) for each referred retailer who meets the Reward Criteria, defined below, (subject to certain maximum limits and other terms included in these Program Rules). The Referrer will be eligible to receive a Referral Reward consisting of a hundred dollar ($100) Visa gift card (subject to the terms, conditions, and restrictions as printed thereon or associated therewith). The referral bonus will be delivered approximately 30 days after the referred retailer has completed signup with e.pop, as long as the referred retailer has signed up within 30 days of the referral form submission and has not suspended or canceled its participation on e.pop during such 30 day period. Referrer will be notified via email (the “Reward Notification”) when they have earned a Referral Reward, and will be required to claim their Referral Reward via a link in the Reward Notification (subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions associated therewith). Referrer can receive up to $300 referral rewards. 

 

Reward Payments. Rewards are sent in the form of a Visa Gift Card, these cards are distributed to the email provided by the Referrer. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards. Gift Cards are sent out after eligible accounts have been manually reviewed to prevent fraud or sweepstakes claims during business hours Monday-Friday (EST).  

 

No Spam. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from the e.pop Refer-a-Retailer Program. 

 

Right to Close Accounts. e.pop reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Retailer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Retailer attempts to use the e.pop Refer-a-Retailer Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute, or governmental regulation. 

 

Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. e.pop reserves the right to cancel the waitlist Refer-a-Retailer Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time. We reserve the right to disqualify any Referral or Referrer at any time from participation in the Program if he/she does not comply with any of these Terms.   

 

Privacy. Participation in e.pop waitlist the Refer-a-Retailer Program may require a Referred Retailer and/or a Referrer to submit personal information about themselves. The personal information will be collected, processed and used in accordance with e.pop’s Privacy Policy which can be found at www.epoppay.com. In addition, personal information may be used by Company on Company’s behalf, to contact Referrer or Referral with regards to participation in the Program and to receive communications from e.pop or third party administrators of the Program. 

 

Computer System. e.pop disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with the Program, and reserves the right, in e.pop’s sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Program should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention, or other causes beyond  e.pop’s control, corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the Program.
